El estreno de la película "Coup de Chance" de Woody Allen fue interrumpido por manifestantes que instaron al Festival de Cine de Venecia a "apagar la atención sobre los violadores".

Según informó The Hollywood Reporter, un grupo de alrededor de 20 personas comenzó a manifestarse en el evento el lunes 4 justo cuando Allen pisó la alfombra roja.

Mientras se alineaban más allá de la alfombra, el grupo se quitó las camisetas y coreó consignas como "no a la cultura de la violación" y "no a los directores violadores".

Los manifestantes repartieron folletos titulados "apaguen la atención sobre los violadores". La nota cita a los directores Woody Allen, Luc Besson y Roman Polanski, todos acusados de abuso sexual y cuyas obras se presentan en Venecia.

La manifestación terminó "sólo unos minutos", antes de que la policía los escoltara fuera de la zona del festival.
