Hasta el kilómetro 65 de la Ruta B-24, entre Tocopilla y Calama en la Provincia de El Loa, se trasladó un equipo investigador de la SIAT Antofagasta, para determinar las cuasas de un fatal accidente de carretero.

El hecho se produjo aproximadamente a las 06:00 horas de este lunes, cuando el conductor de un tracto camión con remolque perdió el control del vehículo mayor y volcó en la calzada.

A raíz del accidente, el conductor de la máquina, un hombre de 64 años,  falleció producto de la gravedad de sus lesiones.
