El Metro de Santiago retomó el servicio habitual pasadas las 21:20 de este jueves luego de mantener siete estaciones de la Línea 1 cerradas desde poco después de las 18:30.

La emergencia provocada por una persona en la vía afectó a todo el tramo entre Universidad de Santiago y San Pablo; solo había servicio entre Estación Central y Los Dominicos.

Paralelamente, Bomberos informó el despacho de cuatro carros de rescate de la institución a la estación San Alberto Hurtado del Metro.

Debido a esta emergencia la Red Metropolitana de Movilidad reforzó temporalmente su servicio con buses de apoyo en bucle y también con más máquinas de los recorridos 412-106-I09-401-405-418-419-421-423-424-510-516-210-210v-210e.
